How do I add a new subscription?

Tap the "Add Subscription" button on the Dashboard or Subscriptions tab. You can choose from popular service templates or enter a custom name, amount, billing cycle, and category.

How do I set a renewal reminder?

When adding or editing a subscription, set the "Reminder Days" field to the number of days before renewal you want to be notified. Make sure notifications are enabled for SubFlow in iOS Settings.

What billing cycles are supported?

SubFlow supports Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly billing cycles. Monthly totals are calculated automatically for accurate spending comparisons.

Can I track subscriptions in different currencies?

Yes. SubFlow supports USD, EUR, GBP, VND, JPY, KRW, and more. Select your currency when adding a subscription.

How do I delete a subscription?

In the Subscriptions tab, swipe left on a subscription row and tap the delete button to remove it permanently.

Is my data backed up?

In the current version, all data is stored locally on your device via SwiftData. If iCloud backup is enabled on your device, your app data may be included in your device backup.

How is my spending calculated?

Monthly totals are derived from each subscription's amount and billing cycle — for example, a yearly subscription is divided by 12 to get the monthly equivalent.
