SubFlow — Subscription Tracker

SubFlow is a subscription management app that helps you track your recurring payments, monitor spending, and get renewal reminders. Your privacy is important to us.

1. Information We Collect

SubFlow does not collect personal information such as your name, email, or financial account details.

• No account or sign-in is required to use the app.
• All subscription data (name, amount, billing date, category, notes) is stored locally on your device using SwiftData.
• We do not have access to your subscription data.

2. Notifications

If you enable renewal reminders, SubFlow uses iOS local notifications to alert you before a subscription renews. Notification scheduling is handled entirely on-device and no data is transmitted externally.

3. Data Storage

All data entered into SubFlow is stored on your device only. The current version does not sync data to any remote server operated by us.

4. Third-Party Services

The current version of SubFlow does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.

5. Data Deletion

You can delete any subscription record at any time directly within the app. Uninstalling SubFlow will remove all stored data from your device.

6. Children's Privacy

SubFlow is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
