Effective Date: April 2, 2026

Decide Now respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected when you use the app and how that information may be used.

1. Information We Collect

Decide Now is designed to work with minimal personal data. We do not require you to create an account to use the app.

2. Advertising

Decide Now may display ads using third-party advertising services such as Google AdMob. These services may collect or receive information from your device, including device identifiers, approximate location, diagnostic information, and app interaction data.

This information may be used to deliver ads, limit fraud, and measure ad performance. For more details, please review Google's privacy policy.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

If you purchase a Premium subscription, payment is processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your full payment card details.

We may receive limited information from Apple related to your subscription status, such as whether your subscription is active, expired, or restored, so the app can unlock Premium features.

4. Local App Data

Decide Now may store certain data locally on your device, such as wheel selections, custom wheels you create, decision history, and app settings including language or theme preferences.

5. Analytics and Diagnostics

We may use information provided by Apple or third-party SDKs to understand app stability, improve performance, and diagnose issues.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with service providers only as needed to operate app features, including Apple for App Store purchases and Google AdMob for advertising services.

7. Your Choices

You can limit ad tracking and manage privacy settings on your device through iOS settings. You can also manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID subscription settings.

8. Children’s Privacy

Decide Now is not directed to children under the age required by applicable law without parental permission. If you believe a child has provided personal information in violation of applicable law, please contact us so we can review the issue.
